Stretched balls

While the soldering iron heats up – I don’t smoke, I find cigarettes don’t build enough heat anyway- I get the suture kit out, which always makes me smile… Weights are tied to the end which pull the balls apart nicely to keep them out of the way so I can  apply a nice precise row of burns to the shaft of his flaccid cock, which has shrunk dramatically in the previous minutes, strangely enough, then I lift the sizzled meat and work on the balls.
